Wednesday Words With D

We are all learning importance of having a safe space to discuss important topics. We are also beginning to see the true value there is in sharing our stories with one another, because through our shared experiences there is a valuable gem for our sisters! That is why every Wed. I'll be posting videos sharing my experiences on different topics.

I have chosen these topics, because I see them most commonly across our communities. We need to know that pouring into ourselves and into one another isn't just about the physical/ material or aesthetics, pouring into yourself also means talking about the hard things.

It can be difficult for many of us to share, because for long, we have lacked the context needed to truly understand our situation, our personalities, our mental and emotional processing style- because we have been following somebody else's mold. In this space, I'm not telling anyone what to do or how to heal, I'm sharing my perspectives and experiences, and opening up the conversation to my sisters in healing!

This is our space to share, learn and grow! I hope you join me on this journey!
